  : nice kitchen and apartment layout. master bed was comfortable. it could have been so much better. a lot of potential.
  : Many small problems and a few large ones. puddles of cleaning fluids in the kitchen, a hole in a door where another door handle and hit it, debris and papers on the floor in the master bedroom and long black hairs on the wall and floor of the master bath. The light in the master shower started leaking water so we could not use that. I had asked management to let us know if they needed to get in and they came in twice without letting us know. we were not left instructions on where to leave the garbage and the directions to the actual apartment were very poor. they never listed what building the apartment was in.

  : Spacious apartment, great location, smartly furnished and super comfortable beds and pillows.
  : The bath towels were a joke, please provide quality towels and not mismatched rags. Also you need either paper towels or a hand towel in the kitchen.

  : it was spacious & simple . Beds were vert comfortable . I love all the natural light . & the shower’s where very nice . I will be coming back .
  : well the person up had a naming session from about 7:00 pm til about 4:00 am . I text the night person & told them so hopefully they could ask them to please turn it down. He said no he could not & he said he would pass it on to the property owners . I had surgery that day . I stayed there so I could have some peace and quiet while I recovered but that didn’t happen , I only got about 2 hrs sleep. my Aunt had to sleep on the couch with the TV on so she could get a little rest . I thank y’all should give me one free night because going there for that I like to get some rest I didn’t happen .

  : The huge downside are the "ponds" outside the units which are prevalent in the area but have a huge odor nuisance. The location otherwise was lovely, and the facilities clean and enjoyable. Couldn't spend time outdoors near the apartments due to the horrid odor.

  : the property grounds are very nice pool and workout area nice walking grounds in the area felt safe
  : no furniture the furniture in the unit was sparse and cheap felt like IKEA made the sofa in seating area was so uncomfortable and the two little chairs there were not accommodating I have tall kids so we utilized the blow mattress for seating but then that didn’t work because it would deflate, beds were like concrete blocks the whole experience was unbecoming I expected better I could have stayed backed at the Marriott by Mayo but wanted to try something new regretted it immensely please update apartment cute apartment but furniture was and is a disaster

  : Spacious apartment. Complementary coffee and teas for Keurig machine. Kitchen essentials available. Location 3.5 miles from UNF where we attended student orientation.
  : Dirty carpet in rooms. Shower not cleaned well with Pink mold between bottom tiles.No elevators.
