  : It was close to the road. The room was not too small.
  : We were charged an additional $20 above the price reserved on Booking (for four people: 2 adults & 2 children) at check in because they said they were now charging children as adults, and that since we didn't book directly with them they wouldn't waive the extra fee. Once we were in the room, the walls were very thin, the water smelled like sewage (we were afraid to drink it so I can't attest to the taste), the wifi was very weak, and there were several water-damaged areas on the bathroom walls and such. The room was also very dim even with all the lights on. We arrived at breakfast the next morning with over an hour left of breakfast time, but the hot food servers were scraped empty and no new food was brought out. There was very little other selection, and we had to go buy breakfast for our kids after checking out.

  : Manager checked us into rm 216 at 3:30 pm.We put our bag in our room, set the ac temp and left for our local activities. When we returned at 11:00 pm, our keys did not work. We went downstairs and the manager reprogrammed our keys. When we unlocked the door the security bolt stopped our entry, and a man in the room yelled that he was inside. Back to the manager, he had the bag we had left in the room. Upon giving us our bag and 2 keys to rm 307, insinuated that we had gone to the wrong room. Totally dissatisfied wot this facility and creates doubt why we should stay at a BW again.

  : Nothing about our stay was pleasant.
  : Front desk clerk was rude and did not want to honor the booking.com rate that I had already paid. He ended up not charging more. Also my grandchildren came to swim with us while we were in town and he said the charge for non hotel residents was $20 per person. I can understand charging a fee but $20 is ridiculous. We will not be staying here anymore.
