  : I was disappointed that 2 complimentary breakfasts for 3 guests.

  : The front counter person was giving rooms that were paid for by customers to his friends and letting underage drinking in the lobby and out in front of the building while smoking marajana. These were underage minors and then set my sister away after paying gor her rooms back in March. This was my nieces wedding they also displaced the entire wedding party. Charges on cards that didn't happen, and they hung the phone on my sister's. ONE of the minors grabbed my niece in the lobby he was drunk nothing was done and it was in front of the clerk he did nothing !! We NEVER GOT news towels and our room made up. This is unprofessional and I am calling the police on the assault and the minors being drunk . Since the manager thought this was ok for all of this she needs fired ascwee

  : The location is good and close to restaurants. The night host Chandra was very friendly and helpful.
  : First, I was not given the room type I booked, which I had booked weeks in advance, and they did not even let me know, I realized after I entered the room. I booked two beds and was given one. The second day I was told sorry they are sold out but eventually I was given the correct room. At about midnight and in bed we discovered bed bugs. We had to pack up and move to another room. I was told the manager would reach out to me about the stay and she never did. I have called and left multiple messages and have been given excuses every time. It has been three weeks since my stay so ample time has been given for follow up. It seems clear Lori the manager does not think it is of any importance to speak with me about my experience, therefore I would expect she isn’t too concerned about the fact they have bed bugs at the property or guest experience. Think twice before staying here and if you do , beware, check your beds before settling in.

  : over priced for quality. would rather eat at McDonalds.
  : I was extremely upset that I booked for Double bed occupancy and upon check-in was told "its up to our discretion since you booked third party". I did not receive Double occupancy. Upset that I am an rewards member because that doesn't seem to carry any weight.
