  : It was a decent location, less than an hour from Yellowstone.
  : The property had a bacteria problem in the water and did not notify us about it before we arrived (even though they sent several messages about Google maps having an issue routing people to their location). We only found out about the bacteria issue once we arrived and saw the signs posted everywhere that advised guests not to use the water and so were given jugs of water to do things like brush our teeth. It was unfortunate since after a sweaty day of hiking, we could not then take a shower in unsafe water or do something simple like wash our face. When we reached out to the property, they were unwilling to rectify the situation. I would have likely booked somewhere else if I had known I couldn't take a shower after two days of hiking.Additionally, as far as cleanliness, when we came in there were spiders in our room. Understandably you are out in nature, but just something to note for those who might not like critters in their room.

  : I liked the open area around the kitchen where we had opportunities to meet and talk with other people. The hotel was set up as a big family. The decoration in the room was so impressive and unique,, a kind symbol of welcoming. The owner provided detail instructions about the check-in/out, use of the facility, how to find the location through email/message, very kind reminder to any guests not familiar to the area.

  : We arrived very late and were in awe of the clear sky and visibility of the stars.
  : The hair dryer in the ELK bathroom dis not work properly, maybe you want to replace it with a proper one.

  : That it included a room and bath.
  : That it was not a bed and breakfast, rather a bed. The listing claimed that it included a hot breakfast, although you would have to cook your own and clean it up after but there was no hot to be found. It specifically mentioned eggs. No eggs and a message we heard was they'd have to have a license in order to have that. Pay The License if you're going to advertise a hot breakfast. Also, Never Saw a single person as host. Not one.

  : It was not very well maintained. The first thing you saw when you pulled up were a pile of cardboard boxes. Way to far out.
