  : The room was great, and very clean. The staff was fine.
  : I would have rated it a 9 except for a terrible experience with the hotel shuttle, where it took over an hour and a half to get picked up at the airport. It was a terrible day, with power outages affecting DFW operations, so the actually quite pleasant experience I had once I finally got there raised my rating above average. It is a nice, comfortable hotel that I am sure would be a great place to stay on a better day.

  : The pool jacquizzi and comfort of the room. The cleanliness of the lobby and breakfast area.
  : Did not like that the staff did not come and change the bedding or towels for 3 days. When ask one of the staff she said that person left for the day.

  : The facility was in good condition. The location was excellent because of its proximity to the airport. The facility was clean and close to several stores.
  : The staff member that checked us in late night of July 20 confirmed that we were extended one night. The following day, we left the hotel for a while. When we returned, our keys did not work. The staff member on duty told us we could not extend one night because we paid through a third party and the previous staff member misinformed us. The fix was to make a new reservation. This was far too much variance in knowledge between the two employees and the consequence was passed on to the customer. This was extremely inconvenient and very risky because of high occupancy in this hotel and area hotels. The staff member on duty during the say of July 21 was very slow. I watched multiple customers ask him to repeat himself because he talked so low. He did not seem to have an interest in positive interactions with customers. The shuttle was not dependable.
