  : The bed was comfortable. The room was new/renovated. There was free water in the fridge. Free wifi.
  : There were some problems at the beginning of our stay: the bathroom door handle came off (so we couldn't open the door) and one of the electricity plugs fell out of the wall. Luckily the person who did our check-in was able to fix it fast and we didn't have any issues afterwards. There was no parking available at the apartment. We parked our car in the street 2 blocks away. The room was located far away from the centre of Ioannina, but the location setting was nice.

  : The room was clean and renovated with modern fornitures. We met the host once at our arrival and he was nice.Perama Cave is at walking distance.
  : The name "casa di lusso", meaning "luxury house", was a bit misleading because it is only a room without a kitchen and mainly a table with chairs ( of course I could better double check). Perama where casa di lusso is located is a ghost village especially by night, only few bar and restaurant; tourists come here only for Perama cave.
