  : Location. It is close to bus stop
  : Everything. The linens were stinky. We couldn't sleep comfortably. The room was dark, nothing like the picture. The shower drain gets clogged up. Floors were creaky, we can hear the footsteps above us. Kitchen had very minimal supply. No paper towels. An old place which needs cleaning and renovation. It is not a hotel, more like a low budget motel. Will not book this place again and I recommend you to book elsewhere if you'd like a comfortable place and good nights rest.

  : - they said they will send entrance code by email + to be found at the door in envelope. But nothing was correct.we came at 6 pm, we found many envelopes on the door but none for us.. i text, text, call until she/ he replied ( you didnt recieve the key?)how come i will receive it if no envelope and you didnt send it.so finally the person sent the code, and said your room is no. 11, i opened the key box by the code, and the key was with number 9!, i sent to that person it is 9 not 11 , and said ( Put back the key!, Is not yours!, Put back the key than give the code that i send you!!, I give you already the code)i told him/ her i put same code and this is the key in opened box!by chance a guest came from the building saying ( i found in my key box 2 keys and i will put that one back), I checked it and it was no. 11.so by their mistake they put 2 keys in one key box.- wrong room.I booked Twin room, but the room wasnt Twin.i sent to whats person, and said ( We don't receive this, We receive a double room, If the room is not OK for you you can cancel free of charge, We have no other room available, Ok.. I am cancelling the reservation than, They give you back the money, No worries!)it was at 6:37 pm, im just checking in, and they kicked us out!Instead of apologizing for the mistake!!!- toilet glass door not working. i used the toilet, with glass door. surprisingly the door wasnt open! i stuck in the toilet, thankfully i have someone in the room, so i manage to get to my phone to text them,, and after 10 minutes, they send someone to open it.what if no one with me? how i will get to my phone? and how to open the door room to the maintenance man?!!!!!!!He told us they cant fix it todey, so leave it half open, then tomorrow they will move us to other apartment in other building.tomorrow, at 1 pm they said an apartment is ready for us at other building not hotel!Besides:- Transport card given after we ask about it the next day.

  : Facilities seemed bit dated. Management is not responsive to your questions.

  : On a bus line, made, made it easy to travel
  : Poor, tiny bath, worn-out towels, very few outlets. Felt like this was a re-worked room from the 50's, as the layout was inconvient for todays world. UPGRADE your place!!!!

  : Accommodation was very basic, dirty ventilation in the bathroom, shower very small and not working properly. Pictures on the website not showing real rooms

  : Strategic location, right in front of bus stop. There is one supermarket very close within 3 minute walking distance. Ground floor is a restaurant, serve very good food!
  : No lift provided, if you stay at 2nd floor, will need to carry all the way up!
