  : It was nearly impossible trying to get help and reaching customer service before the stay ever began. I sent all my Info as requested by the hotel. Then leading up to the day of trip, never received my key or was charged as explained beforehand. When calling, no one picked up for hours. Gave me a panic attack because I was boarding the plane and leaving home with no place to stay during a time when everywhere else was completely booked. Finally got the issue fixed after reaching Booking.com customer service but it should never have gotten to that point. Arrived via Uber to location that was way off from Google maps, gives a misleading picture that hotel is on a main street. Come to find out, couldn't download key and the front office was closed although they said they would be open until 10pm, it was only 7pm!! Got stuck in the cold outside for hours calling repeatedly and booking.com customer service calling as well with no response. Finally someone shows up and by that time, my trip was ruined. Lost my voice the entire trip and was completely sick. The concert and relaxing vacation was done before it ever started. Disappointing for a place with potential.

  : I Went to for the BTS concert and I like that it was close to the SoFi Stadium it was an easy 35 minute walk nobody really bothered you
  : The one thing I did not like about the property was that the floors of our room were very dirty like the floor wasn’t mopped in a long while.
