  : The hotel hallways were so hot. The room wasnt what they pictured on the internet. it says its a smoke free building, but as soon as you walk in the lobby it smells. I reserved a room with two queens. The room was pretty decent size, but it was pretty nasty, the carpet was stained with blue marks. The pull out couch was legit was broken. I feel as if they should have removed it, instead it was left in the room and the couch pillows on top of the small table. The restroom had mold stains

  : Room itself was good and staff was excellent. If the bathroom was better it would be an easy recommend, but...
  : The bathroom was nasty. Mold on the ceiling, bathroom door warped and split and rust/stains on the tub and toilet plus the shower/tub was exceedingly slippery and dangerous. Breakfast hours ended way to early for a Sunday.

  : A Check-in, I requested a room first floor with window in front of property. I reviewed the first room, it was not in front of property. The second room was in front of property but the couch was broken, floor was stained with blue ink and sheets were dirty. Due to being a late chk in and needed to sleep for work the next day. I accepted the room with the promise they would do a deep cleaning, since I was staying another night. I came in at my lunch break and the room was not cleaning. I wrote the request and submitted it. I returned after work and the room was still not cleaned. I asked to speak to a manager or a assistant manager but staff did not help with communicating with management or cleaning crew. The morning crew came to my room as I was gathering my items to leave to begin the deep cleaning:( I would of request to stay longer but this hotel and its staff is not very helpful or clean.
  : The chk-in person mixed up my cash payment and deposit. The staff kept dodging my requests and my needs for a clean hotel.
