  : Music until 2am couldn't sleep, then loud neighbors banging on our adjoining door and extremely loud until 5am when we had to get up to catch our flight. Didn't make a complain just because we were scared of their state and knowing it was us. Didn't feel very safe to be honest, they boast people drinking all day/night and no real security to get to the rooms Toilet blocked in the morning We were thankful it was just one night

  : My husband and I Love to come here for a little get away from time to time. The vibe and the staff are Amazing!
  : We ended up canceling our room this weekend due to the lack of parking. What we didn't know was there was a pool party going on, that in itself was NOT the problem, the problem was the valet company didn't leave parking for people staying at the property and they were NOT willing to move cars to another location. As someone paying for a room, I SHOULD NOT be asked to park across a busy street due to the lack of concentration on the valet companies part .The staff tried to fix the problem but the VALET company was Not willing to move other vehicles.

  : It was wonderful to have breakfast with dairy-free and gluten-free options, and to have protein and fruit was great! I love the theme, decor and vibes of the whole place. I really like the soundproofing that is part of the decor. We had people in rooms on both sides of us, but the sound proofing made it super quiet. I've told friends and family that we will go back to this hotel if we ever have the opportunity to do so.
  : There's a shortage of linens. We only had one washcloth the first night and had to go to the front desk for another one. The second night there were no washcloths. A lady at the desk gave us what we all thought was one and said she would bring another one to our room. When we got back to our room and I unfolded what the lady gave me it was a hand towel that had been cut in half and was partly threadbare. I think it was a cleaning rag. I guess there were no more washcloths to be had because no one brought one to our room.
