  : Upon entering the lobby/common areas were clean and quiet.
  : My bathroom shower wall had hair on it , it wasnt properly cleaned and the lamp shades are filthy. They need to be replaced.

  : The rooms were pretty nice and clean. No bugs. And the staff was pretty chill and helpful for the most part. The location was nice as well.
  : Paid for a king suite room, the sink literally broke about 4-5 days into a 2 week stay. We got downgraded to a smaller room for the rest of the stay in a room with some different damage to the bathroom and WOULDN'T connect to its own wifi at all, and weren't even offered some type of compensation for the room switch. Also didn't have water for a day. It was okay but disappointing, to say the least.

  : Had NO running water for 2 days, had to take my trash can down to the pool to fill with water in order to flush the toilet. When I expressed concern, they canceled my reservation without my knowledge and woke me from my sleep to tell me. They told me I would need to pack and wait in the lobby to rebook at a higher price. There was still no running water. I gladly packed my bag and checked into another hotel with running water. Jessica was the only staff member who helped by allowing us to fill out trash in the pool. When I was leaving the maides, I was cleaning the room with pool water, unable to change the sheets and towels as there had been no water to be able to do any laundry. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
