  : The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Linens were clean.
  : There were a lot of details overlooked and lots of excuses as to why there was no soap or shampoo in my room. There was only one hand towel and one facecloth for 4 people. I’m sure more would have been provided but this is extreme given that they knew 4 people were in the room. The breakfast was pathetic, no butter, no creamer, limited amounts of milk for cereal, one waffle maker that took 2.5 mins per waffle. Biscuits and gravy was the only other warm option which looked vile. Excuses for not having any replenishments. Send a staff member to Walmart or Costco to grab some supplies while supply chains are affecting your business. To top it off the ice maker and pool were also out of commission, compensation offered was a free cancellation at checkin. Pathetic!

  : Pool was under maintenance and was closed. Breakfast didn't have much choices to select from. Mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.
