  : nope. we were excited to lay down after a long flight, only to find several cockroaches walking around the room. all over the stove, one big one on the floor, and a few on the tv unit. as well as the smell in the bathroom which was minuscule compared to the roaches. requested a refund and staff kindly did so but could not sleep there at all.

  : The rooms of Ewa Hotel, Waikiki is nothing like the photos posted on the internet. Those photos must have been taken 15 years ago, so DO NOT BE FOOLED! This hotel more like motel should not be allowed to advertise their rooms with photos that not represent the actual roomsthey have. The whole hotel, elevator and rooms stink, unbelievable funky, rotten, moldy smell! The whole hotel needs a major renovation. The minute we lay down on the bed, you can feel something crawling. Woke up to bed bug bites. My family and I have travelled a lot, different states, and outside the USA, this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. For their price point, there are many other hotels around the area. I read the reviews for this hotel too late. So read all reviews before you book this hotel. The only staff we can commend is Marites (front desk) who was nice enough tochange our rooms after we complained about the lousy, smelly room. Do
  : The whole hotel needs a major renovation. Manager on duty whether night or day are rude, they don’t even bother to welcome their guests. The worst!!!

  : Location, 5 minutes walk to beach, buses and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to The Shell.
  : We reserved a king size bed, nobody notified us this was no longer an option. My husband and I were given a room with 2 twins.Definitely didn’t plan on sleeping on separate bed than my husband but was left with no choice.When turning on the ac to cool, there was a moldy smell to the air.Also did not get the shell leis that is promised to be given upon check in.
