  : Room was clean and not so small like I thought. Room was very comfortable, bed was amazing comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  : After a delayed flight we ended up getting in at 3am. The front desk worker for the life of me I don’t remember her name but she was AMAZING. I remember she was from Bar (bahhhh) Harbor (habaaa) because we are from Boston and she gave us the accent lol. But, she upgraded us to a brand new gorgeous room.
  : It is under construction and there is no pool but honestly we were there to lay our heads before a cruise so it didn’t bother us.

  : Door Lock did not work so we had to be moved to another room….no one’s fault I suppose but wish it would have been faster/ smoother transition into another room.

  : My best friend and I stayed here for our first half of our Miami trip and honestly we thought about checking out of our next hotel and coming back here. I liked pretty much everything about the property, the staff were nice, attentive, helpful. I honestly can’t complain about ANY of the staff they were all great, even the housekeepers and maintenance staff. We arrived around 12pm from NYC and they assisted us with a quick bag check and directed us to some places for good food. Takitos has great Mexican food! Upon checking out they again assisted us with bag check while we waited to head to Miami Beach to our next hotel.
  : I may have looked over the construction part when booking, but my best friend was heartbroken to see that the pool was not yet built. Other than that, the construction at 8am was a bit of a bother but they do have a sign right in your face at check in that says construction starts around 8am, so at least you were made aware. Not being able to smoke in the outdoor area was a tad bit annoying as well. As in having to go all the way to the front as opposed to walking out of your room and being able to smoke. That’s pretty much it. If you’re not a Mary Jane smoker and don’t care that much for pools, this place should be nice for you.

  : I liked the location of our stay, very close to downtown functions, restaurants and everything is going on down there.Also very close to the beach.
  : Hotel was under renovations so it was a bit noisy and the gym wasn't available.
