  : Hookers above and in the next room. All day all night no peace and quite. One whole day and night we were without water and nobody inform us about that. First and last time in this hotel.

  : Woman acted like she didn’t want me to even stay there. She mentioned 5 times it’s non smoking I don’t even smoke she doesn’t have to keep reminding me. The water in the room didn’t work they should have called to tell me that before I traveled all the way there in fact I called hours before arriving to confirm my reservation 5 times and no one answered so I sent an email a paragraph long asking about confirmation on my stay and I get one word email back ‘confirm’ that’s literally all they said back like I was an inconvenience to even talk to. Never staying here again

  : The beds were comfortable and the TV worked AC was okay
  : The floors were dirty, the towels too and stained. Old used soap stuck on top of the broken shower head that sprayed horizontally.The refrigerator was out of order and putting out tremendous heat.The towel bars had been ripped from the wall and towels on the toilet tank.The electrical switch plate was missing exposing the wires No hangers in the closet cabinet We felt like things were crawling on us in beds overnight.IT was a horrible experience.I forgot my jacket I had to lay across the closet bar out of sight and the proprietor when I returned home first said no jacket!I said I know it's there and then he said oh yes we have it.I asked for a picture to identify it and "Nick Asir" proprietor REFUSED to let me make sure it was mine beings he lied about having IT at first untill I insisted IT was there.He said I would have to drive back 200 miles to see if and collect it!!!I Said I'll pay for shipping if you'll put IT in a FedEx envelope or however and Nick said he couldn't be bothered!!!I'd just have to drive back 200 miles and take my chances!!I've worked in the hotel business most of my life and have NEVER Heard of such unprofessionalism and rudeness.I'd like my money back!I trusted your site to provide me with an adequate experience.Thank you and I appreciate your checking with me about our experience.Val Crotty 31 Calle de los Vientos Palm Springs CA 922644422755587I took pictures but cannot send them here.I can send them separately
