  : Actually we did not like anything at all, expect that the towels and blankets were clean (which is mandatory)
  : The hotel was extremely dirty, it was stinky as well. The staircases and floors in the rooms were also dirty.This was totally unacceptable. The employee we needed to call for check-in was unfriendly, pretended to didnt know anything about my booking and wanted us to get back later because she was busy. After we told here that we need the keys, she mentioned to find them in the unlocked rooms. This was really strange. The doors of the rooms were only poorly lockable, we were afraid that our belongings might get stolen. The rooms and the hotel itself were also very outdated and furniture was also broke.We will not stay in this hotel again, neither do we recommend it.

  : Room was clean, bed was good. 10 min walk to Hochheim old town (very pretty). 20 min walk to train station, easy access to Wiesbaden/ Frankfurt
  : Hotel was 'closed' because of national holiday (which meant phoning owner for access, picking up key from the shop next door; no reception, restaurant or service). Difficulty finding my booking. No TV

  : Especially bad, there is no elevator, and the boxes can't go up at all. There is no internet at all in the room, and there are flies flying. There's a foreign object on the bed sheet and it's stuck on me. There was no reception at night and the doors were closed. Can't check in, can't check out, and the front desk doesn't tell when someone will be there. The hotel entrance is extremely difficult to find. The room was super small, the boxes could not be opened, and there was no place to plug in. I originally booked for a few days, but I ran away when I saw this situation on the day I stayed, and the room fee was not refunded. very bad hotel
