  : The property was conveniently located on the beach walk. A great selection of games and entertainment.
  : Overall I'd say on whole the house was weatherworn. The drapes in the master bedroom were torn and hanging from the rod - the slats were in the closet. The subzero was not well leveled to open one door you needed to have counter pressure on thee other. The hood lights over the stove didn't work. The air filter outside the laundry room hasn't been cleaned in years; the windows needed cleaning; the outdoor space was limited and not conducive to relaxing. No where outdoors for family to really gather outside when not on the beach.
