  : Stunning hotel. Very clean and comfortable and very close to LHR terminal 5 for our 7am flight the next morning with our little man.
  : Needed a hotel to stay to get our 2 year old to sleep after a flight delay caused us to miss our connecting flight. Were told by the lady at reception there were no rooms unless we got a voucher off BA. Went looking for a BA manager back in the terminal to be told there were non left for the day. Luckily a nice man from BA looked on booking.com for us as our phone batteries had died to find they had a few rooms left. Went back told the lady this to be told "ah yes booking.com may have had some with us". Why not tell us that in the 1st place rather than leaving my Wife and Son in distress and making me search around the airport for help.Cot was put in the room but was a clearly a broken one and just left half set up by the staff as one side wouldn't click into place instead of them just getting a different one, so had to phone to get a replacement.

  : Check in took forever after queuing for 15 minutes, I was then held at the desk whilst the trainee messed up the process, charged me twice and then took 10 minutes to reset the system.

  : Location was close to the Terminal 5 which I needed due to early flight next morning.
  : 1. I was very disappointed that there was no power socket next to the bed to charge a phone overnight. Nowadays most hotels have USB sockets there, and if not, then they certainly have a power socket by the bed.2. About 30 cm of both sides of the curtains were hanging off the curtain hooks, not allowing me to close the curtains completely. This was privacy issue as my room windows faced onto public areas.
