  : Location and the quietness
  : Receptionist was very rude and he couldnt find the booking and ordered us out. His command on the NATIONAL LANGUAGE was extremely poor. No soap in the toiletNo bath towels only face towels in the room. Only one tea cup for both of us.

  : Reasonably close to Heathrow by bus. Relatively quiet location.
  : The decor was a bit shabby. Small space. Hot at night, could have done with a sheet not just a quilt.

  : Address has no number, or name of property. I tried calling the number and nobody answered. It was not a great start!!

  : Greeted at door, gentleman took bag upstairs to room for me. Showed me the room and bathroom then left.
  : No milk in room for tea and didn't know how to contact staff. There was a fan on bedside table with no where to plug it in, plugs were on the opposite side of the room. Plugged it in and had it on bed, then re-arranged the furniture as that wasn't a practical solution. Was woken up very early with people moving about the house.

  : eventually, after the manager? phoned the owner, I was given a better room with en suite in the owners property next door, but had no tea/coffee making facilities.
  : initially given a room with shared, dirty bathroom and manager? telling me Id got a good room! it took some time, despite showing him my booking confirmation, to convince him that it was not what Id paid for!
