  : The property was clean and well maintained. The staff that was on duty when we checked in were very friendly.
  : We had an issue at home which made us check out early. So when I asked Sylvia (who was working the front desk at the time) if we could check out she was very short, nasty and refused to check me out. So when we finished packing up, I went back to the front desk to return the keys and just asked her for something in writing to prove that she checked our rooms ( we had 2 rooms) just to make sure that I would get my $200 deposit back because we were leaving the state. She rolled her eyes at me!! I didn’t see anything wrong with what I was asking for! Her customer service skills needs improvement. Emergencies do happen and it’s very upsetting to know that someone can give you such a hard time just to write something down.
