  : The property is clean and very good for a group like ours. The location is perfect with great views of the mountains!
  : Unfortunately when we came in, one of the rooms wasn’t ready yet despite the hotel’s late check-in policy which is 4pm. Got our keys at 5:30 pm and guess what? The AC at unit 4927 is leaking so when we entered the unit to the right, the floor is wet. We have seniors on our group and the slippery floor posed a danger for them. We called the front desk and maintenance but no one came in to check nor even bothered to call us back. I informed the front desk upon checking out but all we got was a “thank you for letting me know so we can make sure the room is good for the next guest”. What about us? We paid more than $770 for that unit in one night and no one seemed to care! I was very disappointed since this isn’t our first time on this resort. We have plans to go back but I am not sure now after what happened.
