Converted from an 18th-century farmstead Battlesteads is a stylish country inn with en suite rooms and an 80-seat restaurant. It is set in beautiful countryside close to the Roman Wall.
The traditional inn retains a Northumbrian country atmosphere with beamed ceilings and cosy wood burning stove. A light and airy conservatory opens onto a patio and walled garden.
