  : key was not in the key safe when we arrived so I had to phone to get it sorted, also I have stayed here before and had issues with the parking again, I did complain the last time as people are just parking in any bay and not there allocated bay, we work on a night so on our return we had know were to park, so had to park down the street not ideal when tools are in the van.

  : Whilst it was a great location and suitable for our needs, there were some failings on the booking which left me disappointed considering the amount spent on the weekend.
  : Check InWe were unable to check in our entire party after 6pm. There was a member of the Housekeeping Team there on arrival who explained that due to staff illness she had to turn around all of the rooms on her own. Whilst illnesses can happen, surely due to the volume of our Booking counter measures should have been put in place to ensure that our party were not waiting for 3 hours to get into their apartments. Luckily we were able to stall on some of those arriving from around the country but that is aside from the point as we paid to be in accommodation to set up resources for all attendees from 3pm. One thing to note, is that the customer service from the team member, 'Georgie' I believe her name was, was great. She was apologetic and kept us well informed of updates of clean rooms. WiFiOnly 1 of the 5 apartments had working Wifi. As this was a work event, it meant that that the Saturday evening was disrupted. Fortunately we were able to hotspot from our personal phones but again, the Wifi was one of key reasons for booking in. Sofa Bed in Room 8We were informed by the Housekeeping Team Member that the sofa bed in Room 8 was broken on arrival. She said that she had informed someone in Peymans but I was still unaware. This meant I had to re room everyone and get some of the teams to share that were not in the original plan.All concerns were raised to the Housekeeping Team on arrival who said they would escalate to the office.This was raised with Peymans but not resolved at all.

  : had to wait until 6.30pm to use the apartment as t had not been cleaned, there were no toiletries as advertised and if I left 1 hour late I would be charged £40.00 per hour - what am I going to be compensated with, for 3.5 hours?

  : The apartment was modern, clean, warm and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was brilliant for meeting up with our family as it is midway between Ware and Hertford.
  : Booking was a bit of a pain as even though booked through booking.com, there were more hoops to jump through by the owning company of the apartments. Emails that were purported to have been sent didn’t come through and I was having to sign terms and conditions through a third party signing company, just hours before I arrived and it was very difficult to complete on a phone. Once sorted though the company were very diligent throughout our stay and it was plain sailing from then on.

  : Poor key lock .... old and broken , took 10 minutes to get in
  : Unclean - NOT Covid ready ... had to call my cousin to help . Sent the cleaners back very quickly , just made excuses about everything . Left them to clean and had to eat out but still not acceptable .Unhappy and complaining

  : The host are scammers they failed to send check in instructions, the apartment was untidy. The host has poor customer service skills the location of the apartment is terrible. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

  : the property was dirty and a number of appliances / furniture broken. Not hygienic at all. management were not helpful
