  : Flat is around 40 mins walking from the city center, but is also close to metro and tram station. It is a quite place, supermarket 5 min by walk. Comfortable beds. Heating was great, flat was warm all the time.
  : Because cleaning was not done at all when we entered the flat, we found it in a terrible state, dirty, peple before us left it in a hurry, forgot some stuff there. In addition, the light was on so we really though someone was still there. Then we contacted the owners who were not responding our calls/messages so we contacted booking. Only after then the owner sent a message and explianed that cleaning service had not cleaned it yet, so we agreed that we were going out while cleaning service will be in. We left around 16:30 and they even did not make an effort to let us know that flat is ok and we can come back. We sent them message at 20:15 and asked whether we could come back. They answered in the morning None of us had such an unpleasant experience with booking before. Ok, it might happen that cleaning partner has some unexpected issue, BUT we deserved a proper communication.
