  : We drove 3hours to get to Helen and when we arrived at 4:00 to check in we walked into a mess , the air conditioner wasnt working , the ceiling had fell in one of the bedrooms, towels were soaked with water and laid around the air condition unit . I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get something done , owner never contacted me . I asked to be refunded because it wasnt worth what I was charged . I would not recommend staying here , pictures on the website are not what you see when you arrive . Thankful that Vacasa stepped up and took care of us and finally found us a place to stay at 9:00pm that night and then the owner wouldnt even refund my money back for the one night since it was wasted trying to find somewhere else and never contacted me . DO NOT RESERVE THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE SORRY

  : It was spacious and comfortable and very homey.
  : The washer and dryer wasnt great. It didnt spin the clothes hardly at all.

  : Excellent location! Excellent views! Easy access to all activities. Plenty of room with a beautiful porch overlooking the river. The parade of tubers was a highlight and made the afternoons more enjoyable.
  : The condo building was a little dated and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

  : Very close to downtown and beautiful views of the patio. Unit was well stocked with towels and toilet paper, and had adequate supplies to cook some simple meals with, if you did not want to eat out.
  : There was a little bit of trash missed from a previous guest, but overall, it was very clean!
