  : The staff was great very friendly, they were always restocking breakfast or cleaning up. Even the gentleman who took out the trash was super friendly. And our room was huge. Perfect for parents with 4 kids!
  : The beds weren?t the best. Very VERY soft. Woke up most mornings with a back ache but that may just be personal preference.

  : We were in a handicapped accessible room and bathroom. I(Pamela Clegg) am wc bound. I was sitting on the fold down shower bench, the soap and shampoo dispenser was behind my head. Had to turn to reach it . Soap dripped dowm wall. When I began to shower I started sliding off slippery shower bench. Tried to stop myself with feet, floor was slippery too. Slid off bench onto floor hitting back of head on bench , landing on back and getting hit in forhead with hand held shower nozzle. This caused 1" gash in my forehead that required closing with glue and steri strips. Had to slide on my back out of shower so I could sit up and reach my phone to call for help. Reported this to desk clerk and she didnt seem concerned at all. Had headache and lower back pain and soreness for a week.

  : Our room key didnt work on the side door by the pool, but this was very minor.

  : It was clean when we got there.. The breakfast was amazing as always.. The staff was nice
  : I booked on line and I ask for a handicap room with a roll in shower and instead I got a handicap room with a bathtub and hand rails.. I can't get in a bathtub unless it has a seat attached to the tub.. I could not take a shower.. The only reason that I didn't say anything was because it was late when we got there.. Then we decided to stay another night and got the same room .. We went out for the day and asked for house keeping services and the house keeper didn't do a good job.. We always tip before we leave and we tip very good if the service is good but this time we only tipped a little because of everything that was wrong with our stay and for the money we spent on the rooms we expected better service.. This not the first time we stayed at this motel.. This is only the second time we have any problems..
