  : The room was old and outdated. Key to room stopped working multiple times. Then the owner blamed me for the key card not working telling me "I swiped too many times", well it didn't work on the first swipe so I guess he was right, one was too many

  : The place was dirty. Pubic hair in the sink and shower. Pool was closed. Grounds were poorly maintained. The parking area was full of potholes and poorly lit. Smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

  : They had not turned the heat on yet & when I arrived the windows were open, the room temp was 58°Staff did bring in a space heater and the room was soon pleasant.

  : The person who checked us in was very friendly, little did I know that would change when I checked out.
  : As soon as this place came into view, I questioned why I got reservations here. The grounds and the outside buildings were very unkempt, rundown looking. My room was dirty, sheets had hair and stains and rips in them, carpet was dirty, air conditioner looked like it was going to fall out of the wall, outside deck to the room looked like I would fall through if I stepped on it, the place looked abandoned-no one around, the pictures online advertising this place were nothing like what it was in person, the room that held the pool was not available to use - lights off and room locked (and I specifically chose this hotel for the beautiful pool area that was advertised as I had my daughter with), there was a large dining room with lights off that had all the towels and sheets stacked and lined up on tables out in the open, there was no breakfast as advertised. When I reported this, I was not offered a discount or a new room which I wouldn't have taken anyways. I checked out and got a different hotel. I was told by another hotel that this place gets several police calls there. I tried to get my money back thru Booking.com since I didn't stay there. They will only refund if the hotel agrees to it which of course the hotel refused and claimed that they never saw me check out. They also accused me of using the room and said they had video of me using the room which is scary thinking they have cameras in the rooms?? I did pull the sheets back in the beds because I wanted to see how clean the sheets were given the fact that the overall look of this place was totally run down. After NUMEROUS phone calls with the hotel and Booking.com, I did not receive my money back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never book thru Booking.com again as they are advertising a hotel that needs major improvement and probably a safety inspection!!! I will always contact a hotel directly instead of going thru a booking agency.
