  : Conveniently off the highway, breakfast was decent, dog friendly is the best.. room was already the right temperature when we got there, very comfortable sleeping.

  : The front desk staff service was top-notch. He was cordial, engaging, and professional. I really appreciated how well kept the hallway was as I got off the elevator and walked to my room.
  : The hotel just wasn't clean. Throughout my stay, I never saw anyone cleaning and / or santizaing. What stood out was how dirty the elevator walls were. At first, I assumed it was just because it was late in the afternoon/evening when I arrived. The same stains that I noticed on the elevator walls were still there the proceeding days. Also, there was mold under the soap holder in the shower. What drove me to check out early was when I slept on the couch the last night before I checked out early. The next day, I had bites on my lower legs. The next morning, I immediately checked out and went to the Hampton Inn.

  : The phone in the room did not work and they did not refresh the toilet paper or provide towels for more than one day. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and could not sleep with it on.

  : Checked in no shower curtain in my room didn’t notice until the next morning when we went to shower called and was told they would get there when they get there Ummm NO! They didn’t come and refresh towels as asked didn’t have to get my room cleaned but just wanted my towels refreshed. Free breakfast was trash. Waffles with no syrup just some strawberry stuff. The meat didn’t look appealing. Juice tasted like machine metal. Vending machines didn’t work, ice machine didn’t work but on main floor and that was full of water and didn’t look appealing. Tried front desk everyday for different issues nobody ever answered the phones. My daughter was sitting in lobby and and noticed the front desk was attended for a while.
