  : Pretty views. Lots to do. Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful
  : This property is severely outdated. I would compare our room to a college dormitory. There was missing flooring in the lobby which I almost tripped over several times. No elevators (and there are several levels so you have to carry luggage etc. up and down stairs.) The carpets were dirty and torn in the hallways and rooms.…the bathroom was extremely small and also dirty- also did not have a lock on the door. It smelled musty/ like mildew throughout the room and halls…and the AC was really loud in the room. I asked to change rooms and the kind staff allowed it (I actually asked to leave initially - it was that bad- but since I booked through Booking.com I was told it wasn’t allowed….but they offered a room change). The second room was slightly better- but not great. Pool was very small. We also had gross food and bad service at the restaurant.

  : The maid staff made a lot of noise early in the morning, the lobby had music blasting early morn, couldn’t enjoy quite time between the maids being loud and laughing and families w/children being loud.
