  : Arrived at 10pm as travelling from Frankfurt, door locked , note saying to log in at hotel a few doors up. Again no entry . Ended up booking another hotel Steen.

  : Location. Only within 5 minutes from the train station.
  : My first question upon arriving at the door was, 'Why does this place call itself a hotel?' The door was closed with a note asking guests to walk to another location to check in. This alternate spot resembled more of a warehouse: dark, cluttered corridors devoid of seating. After checking in, we were given our keys and had to lug our heavy luggage back to the original building. Upon opening the main door, we were greeted by a long flight of stairs, with our room situated on the second floorno elevator in sight. We trudged up the stairs and around (a total of 50 steps) with our luggage. Inside the room, we found only a bed and a lone side table with a kettle atop it. There were no cups, no TV, and no Wi-Fi. Even the small carpet on the floor resembled an area rug that had been salvaged from the garbage. 169 Euro plus 4% tax is too much for this room.

  : Staff are nice and friendly. Location is also great,very accessible.
  : Furnitures are too old and cracky. Toilet and bath feels like not so cleaned after being used by someone else. The glass in the shower is nearly gonna fall apart,the cabinets and bedside lamp are also old and broken.

  : Close to central station
  : We had multiple cockroaches in the apartment, the facilities were unclean, the shower drain was clogged (it smelled too) and I had to ask for everything like towels and hairdryer at the reception of a neighboring hotel. The cleaning stuff couldn't even give me more toilet paper and sent me to the reception. Wifi didn't work the entire first night till late mid day.

  : A location is amazing
  : From the moment I arrived the overwhelming stench in the reception area made it impossible to enjoy my stay in this hotel and I was glad to leave. I left immediately because I could not fathom spending more than another minute in this place because it is a hovel not even fit for pigs to live in.
