: The location was great! The staff was friendly and the building and pool area were great! We loved the grill area too!
: The condo itself was outdated and not clean. The cabinets were old with grime and dirt on them. There is carpet in the bedrooms that is filthy. This condo could be great but felt like there was minimal upkeep for the rental cost. The dishwasher didn’t work well. The cabinets were filled with dishes that were not very clean. One of the twin beds had broken slats in the frame which caused the mattress to sag uncomfortably.

: Location was great right on the beach. Pool was slightly small but was heated for cooler temps. Ocean front balcony was a plus. The management group was very nice. Each room had its own bathroom. No carpet at least.
: They said updated, which was quite an exaggeration. Everything was falling apart. It was dirty and dingy. Tried to vacuum, but the main rug had so much sand in it, it made it worse. The dishes came out with rust water and the dishwasher was falling apart. Mold in the shower. They apparently don’t launder all of the bedding between guests, as we received a comforter halfway through the week that the previous group had requested cleaned. The TV in each room was nice, but in the master, it was so high on the wall and so small, you couldn’t see it well. Only 2 chairs on balcony for 3 bedroom condo. Cigarette butts on the balcony.
