  : great location, spacious, clean, quite and the host was very responsive.
  : The bed creaked every time we moved on the bed. It was hard to fall completely asleep. The place was not set up to host 34 people cooking and eating wise. They had only 8 dinner plates, 12 cereal bowls, random sizes of eating utensils, one 8 inch pot, 2 frying pan and one 10 in pot lid. I had a group of 30 for reference. If you're planning to eat out for most if not all your meals it will be fine for you, but with our group we had to go buy plates and bowls to use.
