  : Room was fine, but we end up being put not in Buck Meadows Lodge, but in motel next to it (slightly higher quality).
  : Had serious problems with check-in. Person at front desk wasn't able to find our booking in their system, was able to see it on Booking.com though. Spent an hour! (was around 10 pm, and we were tied) arguing with managers, they declined to accept our paid booking, blamed Booking for not sending them FAX, pushed us to pay again. They refused to contact Booking themselves, said I should have to request money back from Booking on my own later. My understanding is that if they use middle man (Booking. com) for running their busyness all problems must be solved between them and have nothing to do with me as a customer; if they're not happy with Booking, they may stop renting through them. After I said that the way they handled our reservation would be reflected in my review, they found it in their system and refunded me. Very unpleasant experience!
