  : As soon as booking the agent booked my reservation in a hotel that was over 30 minutes away from my destination without even telling me. I tried calling the property múltiple times to make sure mine and my families reservations were taken care of but I couldn’t ever get through to them. Parking lot, lobby, hallways, and rooms all smelled like cigars while having a big sign In the lobby that said “breath easy, we are 100% smoke free”. Walls in the room were dirty, the bench by entrance of room was sticky with oil stains, toilet had hairs all over it, and one of the beds had cigar burns all over it. We had driven 8 hours to get here while being 7 months pregnant with a toddler. I went to the lobby to let the front desk agent know I could not stay in a room like that and she offered us “one of their best rooms”… A bit nicer ambience, but the bed also had cigar burns. Just as I was about to lay on the bed I noticed 4 large yellow stains on the pillow. I went back down and we checked out. They told me to contact booking for a cancelation but turns out booking had a false number on the confirmation so I could not get through to anyone. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t give me bookings number. When I asked for her manager she gave me their hotel card with his name and said he’d be there at 6 pm. I tried calling, no response. I had to come back to the hotel at 6 pm which was such an inconvenience. I was at their lobby for over 40 minutes trying to contact booking for a refund. When I told the front desk “manager” that booking was attempting to call the front fesk, he was currently on a personal call and said the entire lines of Comcast had gone down. Odd as the hotel behind them had their phones working just fine. Told me to ask booking to email the hotel and they would reimburse me 1 night of the 2 we booked by Saturday at 2 pm. Haven’t heard from them since.

  : I booked a 2 bed and was given a single. The room and the bathroom were not completely finished from possible update. Not very clean.

  : Don’t recommend this hotel at all I DIDNT GET MY REFUND BACK and they told me I was gonna get it!
