  : Was clean, good breakfast.
  : Your night manager. He was a jerk. We booked 3 rooms and when we got there we found out there was no pool. The kids we’re disappointed so we were deciding wether we wanted to stay or go to a motel with a pool. He stated to us that the ad said no pool we said we thought we read it had a pool. We checked in. One party had two rooms and she got the key for only one room. She went back and asked for the key to the other room and he said well I’m canceling all your rooms we don’t want unsatisfied and unruly Guest here. One room had already checked into their room and unpacked so they went down and asked what was going on and said we are not packing our stuff back up and moving you would have to go clean that room before someone else could go in there so he said well I’ll give you different keys for that room and that room can stay the other two can’t. So they went next door to a different motel. That motel had a pool and they were treated very differently. Will be a long time before we stay at another Laquita.

  : Your website. I went to your website multiple times, and each time I clicked on book a room, it just randomly took me to what seemed like a different site altogether. After this happened for about the 6th time, I just figured that's how your website was set up. I made sure to click on the book and pay at the hotel option as I have AAA, and the websites never allow me to put in that information and get my discount online. When my family got to the hotel to check in, the lady refused to give me my AAA discount. She said that since I chose to use a third-party, that there was no way she could change anything in the computer, and she refused me my discount. I explained to her the situation and that it's happened at other hotels like that before. I told her that any time it's happens, which it has on multiple occasions, that the hotel comps me whatever the discount would've been onto my bill before they finalize the stay in their computer. She blanently refused yet again, said there was absolutely no way for her to do anything since I booked through a third party, and since I already paid online, even though I chose they pay at hotel option. You can not book a room no matter what unless you put in your payment information. She also made sure to say, "Yeah, next time you should probably just contact the hotel by phone, so this isn't an issue for you again." No number anywhere, ever seems to let you speak to an actual employee at the hotel you're staying at anymore. Either way, I'm just very upset, and I think the whole thing is complete BS. I've also worked at multiple hotels and know what you can and can't do when it comes to stays, bills, and the computer systems. She definitely could've given me my discount or a comp for the amount and put a memo on the bill for the reasoning on the comp. Just not very happy with her or how your website is set up.

  : Room was clean. Wonderful continental breakfast.
  : Room 208 has a window but view is about 80% blocked by the front entrance roof. I was unable to change rooms nor receive a discount. There was no indication of this when reservation was made. I would discourage claustrophobics from this room even though this is a king suite.
