  : Owner was very friendly and helpful about the area, including attractions which were handicap accessible. Nice rear porch and lawn with plenty of seating looking over river.. beeak was hearty and very well cooked
  : Bed very hard and the bar/grill on-site had a bartender who was inexperienced at even simple cocktails.

  : Tons.1. Price was ridiculous, tax and all was 415 for 2 nights in a queen room. In the room it had a pricing chart for our exact room and it said rate per night $139.00. Kinda suspicious.2. Queen room but no queen bed, i measure and it doesnt measure up to a standard queen size mattress.3. The staff were all scatter brained and probably over worked. Didnt have a set individual in a specific role, everyone sort of manned everything but they didnt do a good job at any role. Probably not the staffs fault more than likely the managements fault. We actually saw the dogs that were owned by the owners more than we saw staff at the entire place.4. The Snyders tavern, was probably one of the worst food places Ive at food at, and the breakfast that was included with the price, was less than appetizing. When a member of staff comes and asks you how was it in front of other people the main course of action is to be polite and not speak your mind, but my god the breakfast was terrible.I personally ordered the Philly cheesesteak and i have never had one on a burger bun, and the meat looked like 3x3 pieces of beef jerky, not how Philly cheesesteak is supposed to look. The wording for the food is so not how the food turns put to be. My fianc ordered the boa boa tacos, and upon researching online they looked delicious, when we order them they come out with no sauce, and we ask if they have it because wed like the full experience, and one girl said no, another person said they can make it and once it was made we were told it was a whole other sauce. We then get told by the server that they dont really update their online menu or facebook page, thats very misleading and should be helped or changed. The total there was like $67 for the 2 of us and the food was less than worth that. If you need to eat, go to Sextons, or just eat pizza hut.5.

  : Lovely place and setting. After a long ride we were delighted to find a bar/restaurant on premises. We dine outside by the river, the food was excellent. The bed in the room was comfortable, everything nice and clean and the atmosphere of the inn, the kind helpful owner, Pamela and her wonderful dogs made it for a delightful relaxing stay. We were going to a graduation in Stephenville, Glen Rose is closed by and lovely.
  : Historic building, old house have always some compromises comparing to modern hotels, but their charm make up for it. It's a choice.

  : The breakfast was delicious and planned especially for us. My daughter is gluten free, and it can be hard to find good gluten free meals. The location is great. We sat out and enjoyed the sitting area by the river.

  : Our food was cold The AC in the room was very dated so it could not keep the room cool in the Texas heat.The parking was difficult.The shower was very small and the shower head was very low.We only got 1 small toiletry a piece as a booked family of 5.
