  : was not for the 1st time there & hope not for the last: with a good location, comfortable, cozy & silent. the staff doesnt speak English good but its ok coz they are super friendly

  : Fantastic location with a remarkable sea view that will keep us returning as often as we can. All the staff are friendly and helpful with nothing too difficult to arrange. The room itself is simply adequate with all the facilities needed for a self-catered comfortable stay. The passegiata and beautiful parks are easily accessible and Nervi's charming shops and restaurants within walking distance. Journeys further away (like Genoa itself) can be done via train, either east or west. The apartment is not luxurious, but packed full of Italian charm and character, which we highly recommend. Dog friendly and with safe and accessible garage for the car.
  : Sound-proofing isn't great between adjoining rooms. Lift has its own character and can not be rushed :)
