  : Good shower and towels
: 1. Some confusion I thought I’d booked a room with breakfast, the hotel’s notes were breakfast excluded and there was no breakfast available so had to walk to coffee shop 2. Curtains only covered 50% of windows- not good in summer !

: This hotel may be overlooked from the street. The entrance is really narrow - but the rooms are spacious! And very clean and calm. The persons who run/work in the hotel are super-friendly, I felt like a member of a family already after one night. Fair breakfast, acceptable wi-fi. The hotel is located in the vicinity of trams which would lead you to anywhere you want in Geneva, including the Carouge district - worth visiting magic neighbourhood. Shops, the Old Town, museums, all are very close, too.
: A claustrophobic (yet reliable) lift. And the price - very high, as this is too often the case in Geneva.

: There was no breakfast option so I had to find breakfast on my own. Geneva offers very, very good coffee and it was not a problem. But I was surprised that the hotel staff could not provide breakfast at 7 am which is a usual time to have breakfast at hotels. The staff was friendly but not easily reachable. On the other hand, I should compliment the cleaning service. The room was very small but it was kept very, very clean. For this type of room, the price could have been much lower. Shop around well before you make a reservation in Geneva and do it well before your arrival in the city. It is one of the most expensive cities of the world!
: Small room with not very comfortable bed but I did not mind it too much since it was for a short stay.

: Good Location, Room was made every day, good value for money
: The wifi would cut every 30 minutes, basically no sound insulation, I could hear people both in their own rooms through the wall but also through the door. I essentially had an alarm at 7 in the morning which was fine for my stay since I came for work, but otherwise would have been annoying.

: I loved the lady manager, she's so lovely and makes sure you are having a good time. The location is great access to everywhere in Géneve and to the main bus/train station.
: Lack of AC and washing/laundry facilities was tough especially since it was hot for a few days of my staying.
