  : This cabin is a must avoid due to the property management. Right from the start this property left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival we noticed the outdoor grill was broken and laying on the ground. We then proceeded to enter the cabin to be greeted by a damp musky smell. We made our way over to the security pad to enter the code provided, but realized it was not needed since the system is not functional. The wiring is actually been disconnected. The air conditioning system never seemed to really do anything, and certainly did not dehumidify the air as most properly functioning units do. The air filter was disgusting and looked well overdue for a change. The cabin always felt sticky. As far as the amenities go there was only the bare minimum. No cleaning supplies, 1 roll of paper towels, a handful of rolls of TP (literally see through), and the handful of semi usable kitchen items. The hot tub had no chemicals in it and the water smelled funky. The cabin had light bulbs missing including the front porch. We were able to locate a bucket of old bulbs under the sink and found one that worked. We reached out to Vacasa on the first day and they did nothing except tell us they would have the broken grill removed, and apologized for the smell while offering no solution. Days later someone showed up with a replacement grill, but at that point we had purchased an electric grill so we could make burgers. I could not believe how dismissive whom ever I was communicating with from Vacasa was. As a management company they did nothing except offer empty condolences and offered no customer service. Overall bad experience and highly disappointed we chose to spend our hard earned money on this property. With all the options in the area you would be better served choosing another one.

  : When we arrived late the cleaning people were still there for over an hour my guest couldnt pick rooms or put up luggage until they were done and the cleaners may have felt rushed and didnt do a good cleaning job. Hot tub didnt work or the WiFi codes.

  : awesome views. great layout and lots of extras. plenty of bears seem to call this area home and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch watching them and watching time pass!
  : kitchen could have been better appointed. a few more pots and pans and some kitchen linens as well as more silverware would have been helpful.

  : The location was gorgeous and the house itself was lovely. We even got to see a bear in our driveway.
  : There was a lacking in hospitality and cleaning supplies. I had noticed previously someone complained about not having enough cleaning supplies. We were only given 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher pods and one bar of soap for 3 bathrooms. There were used slivers of soap in the other bathrooms. There were also no hot pads for cooking which also had been noted by another reviewer. It also felt like the quality of items provided such as towels were low for the price. I frequently stay at rental houses like this - around the world - and have had much better value for the price. Also, there was no hot water the first day and it was very challenging to figure out how to message the owner to get it fixed. It was fixed that day but I had to call a 1-800 number to double-check it was going to be done. Additionally, there were no directions in the house for places to go, how to use items everything was automated via an app and there was no personal touch.

  : There was no breakfast. We went out for breakfast. The location was great. Wonderful view of the mountains. Driving to the Vacation Home was kind of scary because of the hilly roads. Getting to restaurants and attractions was easy.
  : Broken window in the upstairs bedroom. Missing items, damage items and cobwebs on the outside of home. Air condition unit didn't work properly do to dirty filter. Home was not supply adequately for the number of people we had at that time.

  : Only supplying 1 roll of TP/bathroom, no extra chlorine tabs in the hot tub, no paper towels, no dish washer detergent was pretty lame. Typically when we stay at houses they have plenty of supplies. This was very minimal.
