  : House and View were very beautiful. Comfortable and clean.
  : The house number wasn't very visible and the road leading up to the house was VERY narrow and winding. A warning would have been appreciated about the road but the view was Beautiful!

  : The size and layout were great for a family. We had some issues with housekeeping but the local property manager came out right away and took care of it. She was great.
  : The hot tub didnt seem to get very warm I will admit that when we pushed buttons we were guessing because there was not instructions. We were disappointed that previous guests had trashed most of the board games and made a huge mess of the toys. They were all in the bins but all mixed up with not all the pieces there. My girls did sort them out because they are awesome house guests.

  : Loved the location! Very peaceful and quiet. Nicely updated. Spacious. Cozy. Nice view
  : The hot tub cover was falling apart and pieces were floating all through out and sticking to you. The bed in the master wasnt the best. Cleanlines was ok. There was trash left on the deck from the people prior still and some food on the floors.

  : House was absolutely dusty and dirty upon arrival. They have a check-in time at 4 pm, so hopefully they could clean the house when we arrived at 5. Dust was everywhere , trashed porch, dusty furniture. Ive send evidence pictures right away to a customer service , and they just proposed to send some housekeeping and start cleaning now. What is it a joke???? Friday evening when I have my kids special occasion in this house with my family would be a housekeeping cleaning? After we checked out Ive asked this company again about my issues and they told me that there will be no refund of my cleaning fee, because they tried to send someone to clean the house when I was there . Magic !!!! Stay away from these guys. I will go ahead to form a case about this as this shows a full refuse of compliance policies .
