  : I liked the appliances and the family setting .The decor was beautiful .
  : I didn’t like that the door was unsecured when I arrived and I didn’t like that the full window in the master bedroom and other widows didn’t have any curtains.

  : It was in the mountains . Looks way better in person than in pictures .enough space for me and my big family .
  : A lot of lady bugs in the house but that’s expected since we were in the mountains . Also one bathroom shower was really small .But overall will definitely book again if ever in the smoky mountains

  : I had to call to get the door code. On the day of our check out, I got an email with door code and pool gate code.
  : No curtain on spare bedroom patio door, Spare bath toilet rocked forward and back excessively, I'm surprised that the wax ring didn't leak, and seat was loose side to side. Lamp in living room didn't have knob to turn it on. Had to plug it into the wall and unplug it to operate it. Throw rugs in both bedrooms had curled up corners and edges making tripping hazards. Clothes dryer exhaust hose was on top of dryer so heat and lint would blow into bathroom. No medium sized bowls for popcorn. Used casserole dishes, outside of one had sticky slime on it. Decided to wash all dishes we used, just to be safe. TV remote in master bedroom had dead batteries. Coaxial cable to the master bed just draped across the wall. Stains on spare bedroom carpet. Spare bathroom bath mat dirty.

  : Location was horrible. Not close to any main roads or attractions. The view was nothing special and there was nothing to do at the property.

  : The view of the mountains was great. I also loved the 2 balcony decks. It was spacious and conveniently located. It’s a nice quiet area.
  : The property WAS NOT properly cleaned. There was evidence of the previous customers EVERYWHERE. From fries by the stove to drip marks down the walls and counter tops. I loved the breakfast table they had available but we couldn’t comfortably enjoy it do it all the dead bugs in the lights, which are low enough to see. The pool was closed until Memorial Day but that wasn’t told to me until after we were already in the apartment. It also wasn’t listed on the booking website as closed. They send you a bunch of emails of 2 different variations of messages prior to check in which is excessive. When you click on the property name” Gatlinburg Fairway Hideaway “ from the email or message, it takes you to a trail inside of the Smokey mountains. My 3 children , my dog , and I hiked the mountains for an hour while toting our heavy luggage. I would’ve canceled the trip when I saw the trail if my room was refundable. But it wasn’t so we hiked for no reason because the link given to us was attached to the wrong location. We were forced to hike BACK DOWN the mountains AFTER it had fallen dark. It took an hour to even drive into the mountains just to get to that trail and another 30 minutes to get out. Being given the wrong location not only held us up from resting for 4 hours after a long drive to Tennessee, but also, caused our bodies to be extremely sore for the remainder of our trip so we weren’t able to properly enjoy ourselves. I was here for business/pleasure and staying at this location negatively affected both . The kitchen was over run with ants, I didn’t even want to put our food in the cabinets. The fridge was leaking upon our arrival, which left large streams of water in the kitchen , but they were ready quick about fixing that. They also offered to have housekeeping Rex lean the room but I was , at that point, uncomfortable with their cleaning practices and chose to do it myself. This is just SOME of the negatives but overall, for the price, they offer a lot.

  : The house was nice. In the light fixtures there was bugs. Also we had to find breaker box to get the stove and microwave to work. Also NO hot water runs in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. However you can get hot water in the shower. Not a lot of dishes in the kitchen area.
