Gatlinburg Condo with Loft Community Pool and Hot Tub

  : We loved the view. I appreciate that there was a pack and play provided.
  : We couldn't find trash bags or dishwasher soap even though our check out instructions said to run the dishwasher and take trash out. We stayed for 3 nights and have 2 children....the trash bag was pretty full the third day.

  : The toilet in the master, when u flushed u would have to take the tank lid off to lift flapper so tank could fill. The bed in master was not comfortable at all. Also an elevator would be great, we were on third floor and had to carry 2 coolers up, 3 women.

  : The views. It would be really pretty in the fall.
  : It was a beautiful view when you got to the top of the mountain. But it took at least 15 minutes to get there and the roads were really winding. It's a good place to go up to for a weekend and stay there and not leave. It wasn't convenient to leave and come back multiple times in one day. Also we had to lug all of our stuff up three flights of stairs. If you don't bring a lot of luggage it wouldn't be bad. Also it wasn't that clean and one of the bathrooms was missing the towel bar.

  : I liked the view, the lay out of it, hot tub was nice, the pool was nice
  : what I didn't like was the bed broke, it wasn't very clean, the smoke detector was off the wall, the TV drawer didn't open. there was a shelf that was broken in the bathroom. I emailed Kellie to let her know about the bed she stated she would have someone come fix it the next day and it never happened, no one ever came and fixed it

  : When arrived at 4:30 check in was for 4.When arrived place was disgusting dirty from the people before. Had no reception to call. A couple of minutes later a mantience man arrived to quickly clean in which we all had to assist. Wasn't avaLiable until past 6:30. I want a refund of cleaning fee. I have pictures to prove

  : The key combination worked fine.
  : It was like at the top of the mountain. We were 3 women 58, 64, & 80 in age. It was very steep & winding. The 64 yr old that was driving had a panic attach & we had to change drivers. It was very foggy & dark. I had to get out & walk in front of the vehicle to direct when there were cliffs. It was hard to see past the hood when traveling so steep upwards. We couldn't keep doing that. We had to move to another location. So we went to the Econo Hotel the next morning & never came back. I sent an email after trying to call the #s given to contact if problems but was told they were only the cleaning crew. The other ladies wanted their money back or part of it at least.
