  : You let yourself into the property (main/side entrance) and into your room using a code that has been sent to your phone.The room was clean and the place was quiet.
  : There isn't a lift.The room was small.There was a bed, a bedside lamp on a stand, a wardrobe and a chair in the room (this is all that would fit in the room).There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room but there was a bottle of water and a glass.

  : The door was heavy, no curtains to cover outside lights, no way to make tea or coffee, 1 mile away from downtown/bus station.

  : The location of the property is ideal for those who are on a budget and want to be close to the city. Just a short walk to city centre. Bonus is you can start your day off with a delicious coffee before you head off on your excursions. Breakfast is great too. The shower is amazing. We got room 3 that offered on ensuite in the room and king size bed. Decent size room.
  : The noise level of the road and other people who were staying in the rooms banging doors? With no consideration of when you bang the door while you are sleeping. The back yard where the caravan is should really be tidied up. It looks like a junk yard back there. Light in the bedroom did not work nor did the cold water in bathroom sink. With the price of rooms being rented out regularly, you would think that these things could be easily be paid for and fixed.

  : I cannot believe that Booking.com could recommend a place like this! 130 for a tiny room, single bed, no TV, no tea-making facilities, no window, no personal contact with anyone. Unbelievably bad. How could you???

  : We didnt have breakfast, so cant comment. It would have cost extra. The accommodation was convenient for our needs
  : The windows in both the bedroom & bathroom were broken. In the bedroom the bed was up against the window which couldnt be closed properly so we had a howling gale right onto our heads all night. The bathroom window couldnt be closed & was blown wide open by the wind & the floor was soaked by rain all night. Given the cost, 155+ & that you are a cafe, tea & coffee making facilities wouldnt be a big ask rather than an unappetising bottle of water that had been there for who knows how long & no staff to check with.
