  : Room was clean and the beds were comfortable - was a little hesitant to book because of some of the reviews - roaches and staff not being helpful and rooms were not clean - we had no problems. The staff was exceptionally helpful and I didn't see any type of insects or vermin in our room or in any of the other parts of the Hotel. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold food choices. Location was fantastic about in center of the Beachfront and 1 block from Pier 61 fishing. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf, which was directly across the street.
  : What was disappointing was that there was the same trash sitting on the steps going from the lobby to the pool for the four days that we were there. Also the pool was murky but I did see that they were draining it the morning that we were leaving. Alberto had just passed so that could have the reason for the murkiness pool water.

  : I liked the proximity to the beach and shops. I liked the covered parking area. I liked the pool.
  : the first thing we saw when we walked into the room was a roach crawling on the wall and two more roaches crawling on the floor. The dumpsters, located right outside our door, were overflowing and smelled horrible. The carpet in our room was old and dingy and made the room smell bad. The refrigerator was rusted out on the bottom.

  : the room bathroom was dirty. We only had on bath towel, no hand towel or wash clothes. housekeeper could understand what i wanted.The elevator and walk ways were trashy and unkept
