  : I stayed 3 days and never got a remote to work the television despite speaking with 2 employees about the issue. Therefore I had no tv for my entire stay. The cold water faucet did not work in the sink bathroom. The elevator is broken therefore 3 flights of stairs with luggage proved challenging. Very poor water pressure in the shower.

  : The place was not what it appears in the pictures. It's very run down. It stinks there's mold everywhere and it's very nasty. I ended up leaving because I could not handle it

  : I didn't like the lack of 'eagerness to help' on day shift. I had to wait in my car until 3pm on the dot before I received help.

  : only good thing was location as I was there to work at the hospital.
  : the staff, specifically the manager will not assist you with anything whatsoever as far as your stay and concerns. the room has roaches. there was blood on my window curtain. the window beside my bed was broken and easily accessible to someone else from the outside if they were to finagle with the lock. there were people all around that made me feel extremely unsafe. in addition, you hear children and other adults all around hollering and running around outside your room. there was trash outside of my room as well as someone’s clothing articles and boots outside of the door of the room I booked. the toilet would not stop running. the room had a terrible odor of cigarette smell and mildew. the stove vent was covered in filth. i could continue with the issues of this place, DO NOT STAY HERE.
