  : The location and the unit were both very nice. Nicely remodeled and furnished with comfortable beds and supplies. An easy walk to Main Street, and parking and keyless entry are a breeze. I would have liked to know more about how the accessories to the TV worked. There is an Xfinity remote and a Direct TV remote, neither of which I could get to work. All I got was Netflix the entire time I was there. A short instructional sheet would have been nice.
  : It gets cold downstairs in the mornings, so I was looking for some heat to warm it up just in the morning. I asked the agents at Vacasa where the thermostat for the heat is. I had found something on the wall in the second bedroom, but it didn't work. I was informed by Vacasa that the townhome was heated by a wood-burning fireplace/stove. There was no fireplace or stove in the townhome (obvious by looking at the pictures). I informed them of this, and never heard from them again. Very bad customer service. And they better figure this out quickly as no one will be able to stay there without heat in the winter. Also, the fees that Vacasa charge are astronomical.
