  : Staff were super friendly. Spacious room with cool bathroom divided by glass from main room. Great view of the lake and mountains.

  : The location is on the lake and easy to get to from train and ferry. The room was big with comfortable chairs, desk and bed. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was refreshed each day and was very clean.
  : The room looked like the photo, but I didnt realize there was no privacy for the shower. There is a glass wall to the bathroom, and no shower curtain for privacy. Also, to make the room comfortable we needed to open the windows. There is a busy walkway under the window so it was loud in the evening. With the windows closed only very loud people could be heard and it was fine.

  : At check-in they told us we got free breakfast and a free mini bar. What a surprise but at check out the girl wanted us to pay. We payed and didn't say anything about it but it's a bit unorganized.

  : The location was great and the overall experience good.
  : The hotel advertised parking was available, However, there was no parking at the hotel. We had to use public parking four blocks from the hotel. As a disabled person, it took me twenty minutes each way to and from the hotel to the public parking. Walking is painful for me therefore this was a major negative experience.

  : Location.
  : Hard to find. Apartments converted to hotel lodging in a builfing nearby to hotel address. No hotel sign other than an easel outside the restaurant which houses the reception desk. The building has no street number either (that i could see). Area is pedestrian only with exceptions - but i did not know it because info is in German only. It created confusion and hotel across the street finally directed us. Actually OK to drive up and drop off bags. Parking is a few blocks away. All communication was in German i do not speak. 2/3 staff members i dealt with could not communicate well in English. I wound up in the wrong parking lot. Room very spacious with lake view but quite bare with one stool only serving as single night table for two. Charging socket on one side of bed only. Floor could use refinishing. No safe. It was a v overpriced stay.
