  : Did not eat breakfast.Location is convenient to Main Street shopping.
  : Bathroom with claw_footed tub is difficult to get in/out and doesn't have an area to put soap or towels. The bed in room is very uncomfortable and squeak a lot.The walk-in shower has mikd/mildew growing at the top and should be thoroughly cleaned. The entire bathroom needs to be repainted and sheetrock repaired where it is peeling. The commode broke during our stay and had to be fixed in order to flush.The backyard would benefit from some landscaping and water feature. There was a wasp nest on the light fixture that we had to spray in order to sit on patio.

  : Several broken items: Shower head, toilet paper holder, stool, accessories, bed squeaked all night, no instructions for televisions! Couldn’t turn on or viewed! Very much needed. Couldn’t get them to work! Beds are high - they needed stool or step to get into. They were not provided. I broke my arm and in cast and couldn’t get into bed. This limits handicapsBed made nose with every move!! 2 nights no sleep for my second room guests v

  : The location was a little further down but still great. This way you can start shopping, eating and drinking all the way down to the other end then turn around and walk the other side of the street back to Eva's. Several short blocks up to the main street. Walked a short distance to Martini's Seafood. Very good!
  : Small TVs but ok since we were not there to watch tv. Used only to keep up with the news in the morning. Back patio could use some sparkle and eclectic decor. To match the super decor on the inside.

  : Breakfast I bought my own groceries. We cooked our meal. The provide you with bare basic dry breakfast. The Milk they provided was expired so we didn’t use anything they provided food wise.
  : The over all house was gorgeous but the over all cleanliness was not great. The claw tub underneath and behind it is disgusting. We dropped a lid and it rolled back to the corner and I left it because I didn’t want to stick my hand back there. It even had a dirty rag underneath and lost of just dirty build up. The glass surface were dusty and the countertops were to. This is because the lag between guest stays but for a property that we pay for the cleaning service you would expect and very clean house.
