  : Nobody answered the phone when we arrived.Trying to get the key to the condo was very difficult.On the first night, we had to stay at another place because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get the key.

  : Location good. Size good. Kitchen decently well equipped. Agreeable layout. Lots of parking. Close to supermarket.
  : Could have been cleaner. Upstairs bathroom sink had a ring of dirt in it and there was a coin on the floor next to the toilet suggesting the floor hadn't been cleaned. Carpet didn't appear to have been vaccuumed. Tampon packaging next to dresser in downstairs bedroom. Wifi password was wrong (in 2 places, one of which was electronic) and had to call tech support to get the correct one. Upstairs bathroom shower door collapsed, fortunately without injury.

  : The check-in process and staff were great...until we got to the unit. Numerous safety issues...no screen on guest room window and the window was dangerously close to falling right out itself...would not let my teens touch it (thank goodness we did not have small children!). We were unable to use the patio because the screen door would fall off each time we tried and it would take 10mins to put it back on. Everything was so old in the unit, that while clean, did not feel clean.

  : The location was good, The area and views were pleasant. Pretty nice swimming pool and the area around it.
  : We stayed at Court 28, unit 6. When we checked in, we found out that the balcony sliding door lock did not work, one needed to use a stick to prop it up for security (was provided); a mosquito screen in lower bedroom was missing and we could not open the window; a bathroom door on the upper level was filthy looking and "swollen" on the bottom, and the bathroom itself was so tiny that an L-size person would hardly fit in it; the stove top was so dirty with some burned overflown stuff that it took me about 40 min. to clean it with baking soda; my daughter-in law had to wipe off all the dust of the furniture surfaces and clean bathrooms sinks. In general, we liked the floor plan of the unit, but it definitely needs an upgrade and spruce up. We did not contact the management with all these problems because we did not want to waste our precious vacation time
