  : The property was what I expected for the price and better than other motels in the area which at 10% to 15% higher.The room was clean. AC and TV worked fine. The rooms are quiet and well insulated sound wise from each other.Breakfast was cereal, bagels/rolls, milk, juice, coffee, and fruit.I will book again next time I am in Franklin

  : There wasn't breakfast, as far as I know. It was a place to sleep and shower.
  : It wasn't very comfortable, the first night was quite loud and I kept getting woken up.

  : We enjoy the nice clean rooms, the king size bed, and very clean sheets, very clean bathroom
  : however the owners/manager hound every move you make, you have no privacy, you cannot bring guest from the same town over to your room. You can’t even have company at all. I had to pay an extra $25 or so for my friend to come and have lunch with me in my room. The facilities are great, but it’s a wonder that there’s any business at this motel because of the attitude and the restrictions of the owners and managers. it’s like you have a curfew again and you’re back at home in school. I can’t wait to check out of this motel and go somewhere where I can actually be an adult for a change. The owners and managers living in your business makes this day, horrible and that’s pretty sad considering that the room was a very nice room. A little pricey for what I want to spend for one room for two nights, but it would’ve been OK if the owner/manager would’ve minded their own business.
